SSC MTS Recruitment 2023: Every year, Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts SSC MTS Exam to recruit eligible candidates for Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) & Havaldar posts in the various ministries and departments of the government of India and in subordinate offices. This year, SSC has invited eligible 10th pass candidates for filling 12523 MTS & Havaldar vacancies with the release of the SSC MTS Recruitment 2023 Notification pdf. SSC MTS 2023 Application Fees
The Application Fee for SSC MTS 2023 is Rs. 100/– for all categories except SC/ST/PWD/Ex-servicemen category and female candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.

SSC MTS Paper-I Exam Pattern (Revised)
The revised SSC MTS Paper-I Exam Pattern has been released along with SSC MTS Notification 2023 and the same has been tabulated below.Â
- Computer-Based Examination will be conducted in 2 Sessions.
- Session-I and Session-II and both the Sessions will be mandatory to be attempted.
- Not attempting any session will disqualify the candidate.
- There will be a negative marking of 1 mark for each wrong answer in Session 2 while there will be no negative marking in Session 1.

SSC MTS Syllabus for General Awareness
Questions will be designed to test the ability of the candidate’s general awareness of the environment around him and its application to society. Questions will also be designed to test knowledge of current affairs and of such matters of everyday observation and experience in their scientific aspects as may be expected of an educated person. The test will also include questions relating to India and its neighboring countries especially pertaining to Sports, History, Culture, Geography, Economic scene, General Polity including Indian Constitution, and Scientific Research, Static GK etc. These questions will be such that they do not require a special study of any discipline.
