• Under The Nilgiri Tahr project, the Tamil Nadu government plans to Develop a better understanding of the Nilgiri Tahr population through surveys and radio telemetry studies (नीलगिरी तहर परियोजना के तहत, तमिलनाडु सरकार सर्वेक्षणों और रेडियो टेलीमेट्री अध्ययनों के माध्यम से नीलगिरी तहर आबादी की बेहतर समझ विकसित करने की योजना बना रही है)

What is Nilgiri Tahr (नीलगिरी तहर क्या है )

• Nilgiri Tahr is the only Caprinae species found in the tropical mountains of southern (नीलगिरी तहर एकमात्र Caprinae प्रजाति है जो दक्षिणी के उष्णकटिबंधीय पहाड़ों में पाई जाती है)
