Who is Ahilyabai Holkar (कौन हैं अहिल्याबाई होल्कर)

• Ahilyabai (1725 -1795) was one of the women rulers of Medieval India who belongs to the Holkar dynasty of the Maratha Empire.(अहिल्याबाई (1725 -1795) मध्यकालीन भारत की उन महिला शासकों में से एक थीं, जो मराठा साम्राज्य के होल्कर वंश से संबंधित थीं।)
• She was married Khanderao Holkar in 1733 at the tender age of 8. Her husband was killed in the battle of Kumbher in 1754.( 1733 में 8 साल की उम्र में उनका विवाह खंडेराव होल्कर से हुआ था। उनके पति 1754 में कुंभेर की लड़ाई में मारे गए थे।)
• Ahilyabai is famous for having built numerous forts and roads in the Malwa region, sponsoring festivals and offering donations to many Hindu temples. Her philanthropy was reflected in the construction of several temples, ghats, wells, tanks and rest houses stretching across the length of the country ( अहिल्याबाई मालवा क्षेत्र में कई किले और सड़कें बनाने, त्योहारों को प्रायोजित करने और कई हिंदू मंदिरों को दान देने के लिए प्रसिद्ध हैं।  उनका परोपकार देश भर में फैले कई मंदिरों, घाटों, कुओं, तालाबों और विश्राम गृहों के निर्माण में परिलक्षित हुआ।)
